Recipe repeat: Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies: 1 c. peanut butter, 1 large egg, ½ cup sugar. Combine sugar and egg, then add peanut butter and stir until completely blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Smash the center down slightly with a moistened finger. Bake for 11-12 minutes at 350 degrees. These cookies don't brown on top when done, so watch the bottoms carefully. Remove from cookie sheet and cool.
